At Bataleon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your setup, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that mounted snowboards or used equipment cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items back in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are intact.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
